Product Upgrade SupportQuestionsQ: Where can I get the latest version of my product? A: The latest version of the product is always available at Handango or PocketGear. Hudson Mobile does not offer product downloads directly from our site. Q: How do I upgrade my product? A: Go to Handango or PocketGear, find the product of interest, and download the "Trial" version from the website. Install this product using the standard procedure -- when either your desktop or your device prompts you that the product is already installed, click Yes each time. Q: Do I have to uninstall my old product before upgrading? A: No. Our products are designed to be upgradable, and the procedure described above should be sufficient to upgrade the product. However, if the upgrade process encounters a problem for some reason, the first thing you should try is to uninstall the previous version and then install the new version. To uninstall the product, use the Add/Remove programs feature in ActiveSync with your device connected via a sync cable.
